A convenient new store in Enniskillen
Marks & Spencer is excited to announce proposals for a new M&S Food at Lakelands Retail Park, in Enniskillen.
The proposals will bring a modern, welcoming store to this exciting new retail destination, helping to meet the needs of local residents while safeguarding jobs and enhancing the area’s retail offer.
A planning application will be submitted to Fermanagh and Omagh District Council by Elm Grange Ltd and M&S PLC, following the end of the Pre-Application Community Consultation period.

The proposed store will offer:
Convenient shopping in a modern and attractive setting, providing a sales area of c. 18,000 sq ft (c.1700 sqm).
Customer favourites such as the M&S cheese barge, the retailer's award-winning wine selection and ranges such as Plant Kitchen and Free-from.
Fresh market-style foodhall brimming with fresh produce, sourced from M&S’s Select Farm Partners and local suppliers.

The site is located in Lakelands Retail Park in Enniskillen, an exciting new retail destination providing great consumer choice at a convenient location.
